Devoted to partnering with Native communities through the arts, MCASD is partnering with the Barona Cultural Center & Museum and Barona Indian Charter School to present a unique showcase featuring artwork created by 8th-grade students. The exhibit called Muuyaawkeh! (You Should Know!) is the name of the student-led exhibit and is an attempt at educating a wider audience off the reservation with a goal to show MCASD visitors the importance of protecting the pollinators and their Native habitat/plants.
