Formed in 2002, Silent Sanctuary is a 5-piece Filipino alternative pop-rock band formed in 2001. recognized as one of the pioneers in mixing classical instruments such as cello and violin with band instruments, They introduced their trademark music dubbed as "Rockestra". Through the years, the band has produced four albums with numerous chart-topping hits such as IKAW LAMANG, PASENSYA KA NA, SA'YO, KUNDIMAN, and BUMALIK KA NA SA'KIN.
