Make Music Day is a free celebration of music around the world which takes place annually on June 21st. Launched in 1982 in France as the F?te de la Musique, it is now held on the same day in more than 1,000 cities in 120 countries.
What better reason to celebrate music than on June 21st, the first day of summer? Music is, of course, the universal language that brings people together.
This year, the event is made possible with the support of Alliance Fran?aise de San Diego, Comme @Sandiego, House of France, Mannequin Vanity Records and Eurofood Depot!
The celebration will take place on Friday June 21st from 5 to 9:00 PM at Alliance Fran?aise de San Diego. Join us to hear a variety of local artists who will perform that night, including Ukulele, Hindie-rock band, rock guitar and classical guitar.
Admission/Cost: FREE
