The House of Poland will celebrate the Polish Constitution Day which was May 3, 1791. It was the first written constitution in Europe, and the second in the world, after the United States.
Local groups will perform folk dances in regional native costumes, and play music depicting the Polish heritage.
Traditional Polish dishes will be offered, including pierogi, stuffed cabbage, polish sausages and bigos (hunter?s stew) and a variety of pastries.
