Holi (होली) is a Hindu spring festival celebrated in India and Nepal, also known as the ?festival of colors? or ?festival of love.? The festival celebrates the victory of good over evil, the arrival of spring, and the end of winter, and for many a chance to meet others and to express the freedom and color in everyday life. Free colors and free food (provided by San Diego's very own Sitar Indian Cuisine), as well as great music by live DJ Vik, and a lot more!
