If pricey tickets keep you from experiencing the San Diego Opera, you can still experience the music for free at Opera on the Concourse. During each of the season productions, artists from the current opera present a free, lunchtime recital of songs and opera favorites. In good weather the program happens on the concourse in front of the San Diego Civic Theatre. In bad weather, the performance is moved to inside to theater's Beverly Sills Salon on the dress circle level.
