Malama?a is the the combination of the musical flavors and talents of San Diego guitarists John "Juanito" Tidwell and Fred "Fredi" Kunze who have played together as a guitar duo since the year 2000. Over the years Malamana has worked as a duo, trio and quintet as they have brought their unique form of latin music with sizzling guitars and passionate vocals in Spanish.
