Asian Story Theater and Access Inc. present "The Fire in Me," a play about domestic violence in San Diego's Filipino community.
Based on interviews, the play explores the subject in the context of culture, immigration status and gender roles. Each performance includes merienda (Filipino snacks), the play, and a panel discussion with experts working in the field.

San Diego County, and artistic collaboration with MaArte Theater Collective.
