Following a brilliant and memorable appearance last season, the San Diego Early Music Society is thrilled to welcome back its friends at Vox Luminis for a very special event! Under the direction of Lionel Meunier, the ensemble will sing the same texts that Brahms chose for his German Requiem but in settings by earlier German Baroque masters including Andreas Scharmann, Thomas Selle, Johann Hermann Schein, Wolfgang Carl Briegel, and Christian Geist.
