Samahan Arts is celebrating our 37th Annual Philippine Cultural Arts Festival (PCAF) with a new look and name!! As we enter our 50th year of existence as a community organization, we are ready to take our event to the next level.
We are back to a 2-day event this year!! That’s right, 2-days of Filipino food, culture, entertainment and more!!
