Come to the HPR International Cottages Lawn area near the HOP cottage. Enjoy cultural presentations, dancing, and more. Food and craft vendors will be available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Get there early as parking at Balboa Park fills up fast. No canopies allowed. Lawn chairs, banigs, and blankets welcomed.
