Bailaoras in the making!! - A special intervention to highlight student dancers currently training with maestra Lakshmi Basile "La Chimi"
We are honored to present a unique juxtaposition of the female archetype in Flamenco Guitar which is La Caro.
La Caro has been playing guitar since she was 6 years old and her music is one of the diverse ways nature chooses to express itself through her. La Caro will be accompanied by guitarist Walter Molina who is another aficionado of the indigenous culture of Flamenco and who has lived and studied with the Gypsy Culture in Spain.
This event will mix traditional Flamenco and fun rumbas that will invite guests to enjoy the dance floor. In between our featured artists, we will showcase choreographies by Lakshmi Basile "La Chimi", performed by her students!!
