Monday at the Malcolm X Library, Asian Story Theater, San Diego Black Ensemble Theatre and Teatro Mascara Magica will hold a meeting discuss their plans for a new theatrical production about the Census. They are looking for writers, composers, visual and performing artists who might want to contribute the effort.
