Family Night special SDCMH program...learn how the Chinese zodiac came to be, discuss the Chinese tradition of having a New Year’s eve dinner, placing a couplet at the door, using fire-crackers, and saying auspicious phrases during Chinese New Year period.
Based on the legend of the Chinese New Year, students will also have the opportunity to engage in a craft activity, using paper to create a representation of the animal of the current lunar cycle,
