Liberación is a Mexican band from Monterrey, Nuevo León, that was founded in 1975 by Virgilio Canales Vela. The band began playing rock music, but later switched to the grupero genre, where they found great success. They are known for their catchy melodies, romantic lyrics, and energetic live performances. Some of their most popular songs include "Con Dinero y Sin Dinero", "El Perro", and "Vete Ya".

BXS is a Mexican band from Los Angeles, California, that was formed in 2019. The band consists of four members: Javier Gonzalez (vocals), Roberto "Chaparro" Hernandez (bass), Carlos "El Chacal" Garcia (drums), and Daniel "Danny" Ortiz (guitar). They play a mix of genres, including grupero, cumbia, and reggaeton. Their music is characterized by its upbeat rhythms and catchy melodies. Some of their most popular songs include "A Bailar", "Me Gusta", and "No Se Vale".

Both Liberación and BXS are popular bands in the Mexican-American community. They are known for their energetic live shows and their catchy songs. The two bands have collaborated on several occasions, including on the song "Me Encanta" in 2021.
