Come on down to the 26th annual City Heights El Día de los Muertos '23, which began as a school project and now receives 1,000 visitors. This festival is grass roots and there is plenty of room for everyone. Enjoy many highly decorated family, community and non-profit organizational altars. Enjoy food, a fun zone for children with bouncies and mask-making activities for all. Entertainment includes: Mariachi Victoria, Hoover High March Band; Drummers Without Borders, drum less and giant puppet parade; San Diego Ballet; Music with Rich and Friends; Elena Castaneda; Ray Navarette; Let's Dance for Fun, youth dance group; Ballet Folklorico and Fern Street Circus. Photo opportunities abound with 20 low-rider cars from Dead End Car Club.
