“A Night in Paris” is a collaboration between French-American singer and songwriter Katleen (whose voice can be heard on Bravo’s "Real Girlfriends of Paris”, the Young and the Restless, and most recently in Disney’s D23 Expo as French Elsa) and 4 time Juno award-winning Canadian musician Glenn Lavender. Recorded in Vienna, Austria and Williamsburg, Virginia, “A Night in Paris” continues the French love affair with Brazilian bossa nova. Inspired by the progenitor of bossa, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and current artists like Melody Gardot and Laufey. Earlier this year, Katleen premiered a few songs from the album, described as a “soundtrack to the Parisian life”, in a series of concerts for the French General Consulate in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia in celebration of la Francophonie. Starting off her artistic career with a bang, this up and coming French-American artist will have you singing along to her sassy and smooth melodies. Katleen and Glenn are joined on stage by Jonah Lavender (Glenn's son) on Upright Bass and San Diego's own Latin Jazz legend Irving Flores.
