Join us for a delightful afternoon and book launch, All the Bad Girls Wear Russian Accents with poet and artist Jane Muschenetz. “ Written with humor and heart during the pandemic and the Russian invasion of her home country of Ukraine, Jane’s debut poetry chapbook is a poetic exploration of life as an outsider, our fraught relationship with societal norms, and our common humanity. Ukrainian-born, Russian-speaking Jew, Jane (Yevgenia!) Muschenetz was granted asylum in San Diego as a refugee from the USSR when she was 10 years old.
