Rally with speakers followed by Lantern Parade along Harbor Dr. , ending at the intersection of Market & Third.
* Tom Hom, a San Diego legend, will lead the parade.
* Free lanterns while supplies last.
* New Anna May Wong coin for the first 100 participants.
* San Diego Chinese New Year Fair (SDCNY.org) will be held at Tom Hom Ave., also known as Third Ave. between Market and J, on Feb. 4-5, 2023.
