The day's program will be:
10:30 AM to - 11:00 AM- Rabbit Storytime with Rangers from Los Peñasquitos Canyon (all ages)
The rangers will be presenting stories featuring rabbits and have an interactive display to teach children about the local wildlife found at the preserve.
11:00 AM to Noon- Year of the Rabbit Craft (all ages)
Make a rabbit puppet peeking out of its burrow using cups, construction paper, and popsicle sticks. All supplies will be provided.
3:30 PM to 4:30 PM Zovargo - Year of the Rabbit Presentation (all ages)
Get close and experience Zovargo’s live animal program that’s full of fun and discovery!
You’ll learn about animals from around the world and their unique abilities that help them thrive. Plus, see at least one rabbit up-close and in-person to celebrate the Year of the Rabbit.
