During this Ranger-lead trek of moderate difficulty, park patrons will learn about the various uses of local plants. Whether harvested for food or medicine, our vegetation has long been cherished by indigenous peoples. Join us to discover more! Note that our ranger walks are 1 to 2 miles long on dirt surfaces with some hills and steps. Bring water, sun protection and sturdy shoes. Meet near the comfort station at the north end of the parking lot.
