Artistic Director Spencer John Powell sets a personal work on the dancers of VDT. From the environment in which people grow up and to the cards they are dealt at birth, this production is a reflection of life and how one can overcame a myriad of obstacles society throws at them just for being themselves. It is a tribute to anyone who has faced discrimination and proof that we can persevere through anything.
