08/11/2019 - Ravioli Making Workshop
In this pasta making workshop attendees will learn how to make the perfect type of pasta dough ideal for raviolis. We will also learn the distinction between hand formed pastas and extruded pastas. We will then begin our hand formed pasta education by making the dough, and then move onto the rolling phase where students will learn to roll the dough to desired thickness for ravioli. After filling the pasta, and forming the raviolis, we will get to taste all our hard work by enjoying a nice family meal together. Each student will still be able to take home fresh pasta as well as cooking and storing instructions. Each participant is encouraged to bring their own to go containers to take their pasta home with them at the end of the workshop.

08/06/2019 - Pasta Primavera Cooking Class
Every wholesome meal starts in one place: the garden! You and your mini chef will be using the freshest seasonal vegetables this summer has to offer to create two deliciously healthy dishes.

We begin by chopping up various vegetables for a classic summer pasta dish: pasta primavera. As your veggies roast in the oven, we chop up the ingredients for a fresh seasonal salad appetizer topped with baked homemade croutons.

Next, itˇs time to mix our roasted vegetables with perfectly cooked pasta and a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese. For dessert, you and your mini chef will finish up class with homemade cookies & ice cream sandwiches: an extra special reward after a super healthy meal!

This hands-on class is designed for those 2-5 years old + an adult. One ticket will cover you + your mini chef. Extra tickets for little ones are available for just $7.50.

*This class may accommodate Gluten-Free, Vegetarian and Dairy-Free dietary restrictions

Admission/Cost: $7.50 - $30
