03/11/2016 - Thai Cooking Class
The Thai One On class was so popular there's now a second. (There's no need to take the first as a prerequisite.) There's lots more Thai, with two Thai soups and more Thai curry. This class features not one, but two Thai cocktails to sample.

Menu: The Two Thai Soup Challenge (learn both, pick your favorite): Tom Yum vs. Tom Kha Gai; spicy Chiang Mai-style minced pork on Thai basil leaves; spicy glass noodle salad Massaman Chicken Curry (a gorgeous and complex red curry with coconut milk); Thai sweet rice with mango and coconut.
