5:00 PM  Tet Lunar New Year Festival The 10th annual SD Lunar New Year Festival features dazzling lanterns, bands, lion dances, fire crackers, and a very large selection of Asian food. The prices are good, and the quality is excellent. Operates entirely through voluntary and unpaid efforts. The dozen coordinators, staff, and over 250 college and high school students dedicate countless hours to ensure residents receive the highest quality services they deserve. 100% proceeds from the festival will be used in the revitalization efforts of the Little Saigon District of San Diego.

6:00 PM Film: In The Mood For Love In the Mood for Love is a 2000 Hong Kong romantic drama film written, produced, and directed by Wong Kar-wai.

It tells the story of a man (played by Tony Leung) and a woman (Maggie Cheung) whose spouses have an affair together and who slowly develop feelings for each other.

It is frequently listed as one of the greatest films of all time and one of the major works of Asian cinema.

In a 2016 survey by the BBC, it was voted the second best film of the 21st century by 177 film critics from around the world.

He is one of the originators of Lover's Rock and is a singer, multi instrumentalist and sound engineer known for his dubs in a unique style and creativity where he experiments with various styles and musical influences.

Hailing from Jamaica, Winston Reedy is renowned as one the most successful and popular Reggae singers.

The Cimarons, of which he was a part, was the first band to play reggae music in Biafra (known now as Nigeria), Japan and Spain. As a solo artist, Winston continues to entertain and uplift with his vibrant performances all over the world.
